Rooms are not guaranteed for early arrivals unless pre-reserved, available at that point, and ready as per routine. This is subject to early check-in charges as per applicable rules.
Room reservations are subject to availability and a pre-reservation is highly recommended.
Children, less than 6 years of age will not be charged for any service.
Extra beds may be arranged for certain rooms and cottages. BDT 1,200 per night is applicable for such extra bed facilities under accommodation.
Children 6 to 12 years will be charged 50% price for Breakfast and 12 years above will be charged fully for Breakfast based on Room category.
The extra bed charge is BDT1200 per night.
Guests are requested to present with their valid original photo ID (e.g. Passport, Driving License, or National ID Card) during CHECK-IN. Valid Passport and visa are mandatory for Foreigners and must be presented at the Front Desk during CHECK-IN.
Guests are requested to fill in all the information in the Registration Card at the time of CHECK-IN.
Driver Accommodation is BDT 1000 per night including breakfast.

All bookings will be subjected to a minimum cancellation charge of 15% of the agreed booking amount irrespective of the time of cancellation before 7 days of the Check-in date.
50% will be charged if canceled in between 7 days to 72 hours before the Check-in date.
100% will be charged if canceled between 72 to 00 hours before the Check-in date.
